Onswipe announces content publishing platform for Tablets

Onswipe is a new and innovative platform that makes content publishing easier on Tablet PCs, especially for Apple’s iPad. Any content related website can make use of Onswipe to display their content and ads in an appealing and beautiful fashion for their readers. With the currently funding of $6 million and having got CNN’s President John Klein as an advisor, the company is all set to launch the beta version of Onswipe by tomorrow.

Online publishers might be a little overwhelmed with Onswipe as they can optimize their sites as apps in just three minutes. All they have to do is customize a layout, import content from their website and include a Javascript code into their website. Moreover Onswipe has already test run with some of the most popular publishers like www.slate.com, www.geek.com, www.forbers.com, www.holywood.com, etc.

Apart from providing a great reading experience, this new platform allows publishers to publish content free of cost, but to make money from their tablet specific ad-network. Also it allows users to share and save content faster for future reference. It supports all social media like Twitter, YouTube, Quora, Tumblr and Instagram. Oh! The Facebook is missing! Additionally the service also features MyOnswipe, an insta paper offline reading service for sites on its own network. This feature was earlier popular with Flipboard, a service that creates magazine type feeds with social media.

Publishers who wish to enhance their websites for iPad users can now sign up for a beta invite.
