The Australian court has finally stops the tug of war between Apple and Samsung on patent issues. After hearing to the appeal of Apple the court has imposed a temporary ban on the sale of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 within Australia.
The patent issues between Apple and Samsung has been happening for a very long time and in almost 10 different countries around the world. Apple filed cases on Samsung for using its patented touch technology in some of its Smart phone and Tablets. One of the company’s lists claim Steve Jobs as one of the first inventor of the technology and is more important for Apple. However, Samsung was continuously denying the fact and said that it’s totally disappointed with the judgment. Also the company has said that it would take measures on gathering expert evidence to prove that Samsung products are no threat to Apple patent claims.
Following Apple’s success in the Australian court, it may also head to Germany and Netherland to block the sales of Samsung smart phones. Important than all that is, the court hearing that would happen in California on Thursday. Upon losing this important case, Samsung might lose its product from being sold in the United States market, which would turn up into a major threat for Samsung Electronics.
The relation between the two electronic giants seems to soar, putting down the sales figures of Samsung completely down. Though having a wide range of quality mobile and Tablet devices, Samsung may not have a Happy Christmas Sale!
